We guarantee a full money back refund or exchange subject to the following conditions provided you lodge refund claim within 14 days of your order being received.

To apply for a refund or exchange, please contact us (+965 554 20069 or nperfume.com@gmail.com) with your Name, email address, Contact Number, Order Number and reason for return. From here, we will inform you of refund approval and return address. Please note that in order to receive a replacement product, exchange or refund, the product must be returned to us within 14 days, and the refund will be issued after an inspection in our warehouse.

• Incorrect Product: All orders are picked and checked prior to sending. In the very rare instance that an incorrect product has been shipped, please leave the item unopened and contact us. We will replace the product. The product must be unopened and unused, and in it’s original sealed resalable condition. Any opened products, regardless if wrongly sent, are not eligible for refund or exchange.

• Damaged during Shipping: Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if the product arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team to assess the damage and to work out a solution. Please don’t dispose of the product or packaging. The delivery box and damaged goods must be kept. You may be requested to provide a photograph of the product and delivery package to investigate the damage claim and aid a speedy resolution.

• Faulty or Defective Product: If you find a product to be defective after opening, you will be provided with a full refund or exchange upon inspection. Please don’t dispose of the product or packaging. Contact us with a detailed description of the products fault and a photo.

• Misuse or Neglect: We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund in case of misuse or neglect. Opened products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
